Abdominal
Stretch
The aggressor stands behind the opponent. The aggressor reaches around
the opponent’s body with one leg so it is around the opponent’s side
and between his legs, hooking the leg on the same side as the
aggressor’s leg. The aggressor then has a few options on what he can
do: He can lock his arms around the opponent’s neck and pull him
upwards. He can use both his arms to push the opponent’s head and neck
down so he is stretched across the aggressor’s knee. Or he can hook
the opponent’s head or arm with one arm and grind his knuckle or elbow
into the opponent’s floating ribs. In all cases the opponent is
usually bent sideways.
Abdominal
Stretch, Inverted Face Lock
The aggressor stands behind the opponent. The aggressor reaches around
the opponent’s body with one leg so it is around the opponent’s side
and between his legs, hooking the leg on the same side as the
aggressor’s leg. The aggressor forces the opponent down into a sitting
position, with the aggressor’s leg still positioned around the
opponent’s body and in between his legs and applies an inverted face
lock. From there, the aggressor twists in the direction opposite his leg
(if the aggressor has his left leg around the opponent, twist to the
right).
Abdominal
Stretch w/ Abdominal Claw
The aggressor stands behind the opponent. The aggressor reaches around
the opponent’s body with one leg so it is around the opponent’s side
and between his legs, hooking the leg on the same side as the
aggressor’s leg. The aggressor wraps his arm closest to the
opponent’s head around the opponent’s head or arm which is up. The
aggressor then uses his free hand to grab the opponent’s side/stomach
and apply pressure. The opponent should be forced to bend
slightly to the side.
Achilles

The opponent is on his back. The
aggressor grabs one of the legs of the opponent so that his foot is in
the aggressor’s armpit. The aggressor puts his arm under the knee of
the opponent, sits back and applies a leg scissor lock.
Achilles

The opponent is on his back. The
aggressor grabs one of the legs of the opponent so that his foot is in
the aggressor’s armpit. The aggressor puts his arm under the knee of
the opponent. The aggressor

starts spinning around quickly a few times to dizzy the opponent, then
drops him to the mat.
Airplane
Spin Toss
The opponent is lifted up over the aggressor’s shoulder so the
opponent is facing upwards and his back is held over the shoulder of the
aggressor. The aggressor holds the opponent in place and spins around a
few times, then tosses the opponent into the air dropping him back first
to the mat.

The opponent is on his back. The
aggressor grabs one of the opponent’s legs and twists the opponent’s
ankle. The aggressor goes to the mat and applies a scissor lock to the
leg.
Ankle
Lock, Reverse
The opponent is on his stomach. The
aggressor grabs one leg by the ankle pushing it forward so the knee is
bent and twists at the opponent’s ankle.
Ankle
Lock, Standing
The opponent is on the mat on his back or stomach. The aggressor grabs one of the opponent’s legs and holds it
up while twisting the opponent’s ankle. The aggressor remains standing
while applying the hold.
Apron
Dive
The aggressor runs down the ring apron and jumps onto the opponent who
is on the floor.
Arm
Breaker
The aggressor has the opponent’s arm in a wristlock. The aggressor
steps forward driving the opponent’s arm across his knee.
Arm
Breaker, Fireman’s Carry
The aggressor lifts the opponent up so he is lying stomach first across
the aggressor’s shoulders (a standing fireman’s carry). The
aggressor releases the opponent’s legs and throws him towards the
aggressor’s back. The aggressor grabs on the opponent’s arms and
holds it across his shoulder. The aggressor sits down as the opponent
falls to the mat and impacts the opponent’s arm on his shoulder.
Arm
Breaker, Shoulder
The aggressor grabs the opponent’s arm by the wrist and lifts it so
the opponent is behind him and his arm is over the aggressor’s
shoulder. The aggressor pulls down on the opponent’s arm in an attempt
to hyper-extend or break the opponent’s elbow.
Arm
Drag
The
aggressor hooks an arm of the opponent and falls to the mat and pulls
the opponent over.
Arm Drag, Over the Shoulder
The aggressor has the opponent’s arm over his shoulder and stands with
his back to the opponent. The
aggressor throws the opponent over by pulling on the opponent’s arm
and leaning forward, lifting the opponent off the ground and dropping
him on his back.
Arm
Drag with Leg Throw
The aggressor jumps at opponent. The
aggressor bends one of his legs and puts his foot on the stomach of the
opponent. While in the air, he also hooks one of the aggressor’s arm.
The aggressor falls to the mat, landing on his back and pulls the
opponent over, pushes out his leg to flip the opponent over so he lands
on his back.
Arm
Scissors, Short
The opponent is on his back. The aggressor is sitting and grabs one of
the opponent’s arms. The aggressor bends the opponent’s arm and
reaches through with one of his own arms. The aggressor places one of
his legs across the wrist of the opponent. The aggressor pulls up with
his arm while forcing the opponent’s wrist down with his leg, and
applying pressure to the opponent’s arm/elbow.
Arm
Wringer
The aggressor grabs the opponent’s arm by the wrist. The aggressor
twists the opponent’s arm over the aggressor’s head and spins it
around. The aggressor can take the opponent to the mat if he spins his
arm with enough force.

The aggressor stands facing the opponent. The aggressor traps both the
opponent’s arms under his arms and in his armpits. The aggressor
squeezes the opponent’s arms.
Armbar,
Bridging Double
The opponent is lying on his stomach on the mat; the aggressor sits on
his back. The aggressor grabs both the opponent’s arms and traps them
while linking his own hands. The aggressor does a forward flip and
bridges simultaneously keeping the arms locked while applying pressure.
Armbar,
Crucifix
The opponent is on his back. The
aggressor applies a scissor lock on the arm with his legs and falls
backwards while holding the opponent’s arm. The aggressor applies
pressure by pulling down on the opponent’s arm so his elbow is
hyper-extended across the aggressor’s body.
Armbar,
Rolling Crucifix
The opponent is lying on the mat on his back. The aggressor grabs one of
the opponent’s arms and places it between his legs. The aggressor also
places one of his legs so the back of his knee is against the back of
the opponent’s neck. The aggressor scissor locks his legs around the
opponent’s arm and behind his neck/back, trying to hyper-extend the
opponent’s elbow across the aggressor’s body and falls to the mat.
Once the aggressor is lying on the mat, he starts rolling so the back of
his leg is forcing the opponent’s head forward until he is forced to
roll over. The aggressor keeps the arm locked and continues to roll on
the mat with the armbar still applied.
Armbar,
Step Over
The opponent is sitting. The
aggressor straddles one of the opponent’s shoulders and grabs his arm.
The aggressor grabs his arm and pulls up, trying to hyper-extend the
opponent’s elbow across the aggressor’s body.
Armbar
and Arm Scissors
The opponent is on the mat. The aggressor scissor locks one of the
opponent’s arms with his legs and grabs the opponent’s other arm
with his arms and pulls back on it. The opponent should be lying on the
mat on his side once the hold is applied.
Armbar
with Neck Submission, Crucifix
The opponent is face down on the mat.
The aggressor stands over his upper back. The aggressor reaches
under one of the opponent’s arms and locks his hands together. The
aggressor then falls to the side opposite the arm he grabbed. The
aggressor will be lying on his side and the opponent will be on his
back; one of the aggressor’s legs will be under the opponent’s upper
back and hooking his free arm. The
aggressor’s lower leg is in the free hand’s arm pit and hooking the
arm, with the aggressor’s foot. The aggressor throws his other leg
over the opponent’s trapped arm and then behind the opponent’s neck,
pushing the opponent’s neck forward and driving his chin into his
chest. The aggressor pulls the opponent’s arm out straight across the
aggressor’s torso, trying to hyper-extend the opponent’s elbow.
Armbar
with Neck Submission, Reverse Crucifix
The opponent is on his stomach. The aggressor applies a scissorlock to
one of the opponent’s arms. The aggressor rolls in the same direction
on the opponent’s head, forcing the opponent’s body up at an angle
where his neck is supporting his own body weight. At the same time, the
aggressor is trying to hyper-extend the opponent’s elbow across the
aggressor’s body.
Armbar
with Neck Submission, Step Over
The opponent is on his back, the aggressor grabs one of the opponent’s
arms and puts his leg behind the opponent’s head so that the
