Abdominal Stretch
The aggressor stands behind the opponent. The aggressor reaches around the opponent’s body with one leg so it is around the opponent’s side and between his legs, hooking the leg on the same side as the aggressor’s leg. The aggressor then has a few options on what he can do: He can lock his arms around the opponent’s neck and pull him upwards. He can use both his arms to push the opponent’s head and neck down so he is stretched across the aggressor’s knee. Or he can hook the opponent’s head or arm with one arm and grind his knuckle or elbow into the opponent’s floating ribs. In all cases the opponent is usually bent sideways.

The aggressor reaches around the opponent’s body with one leg so it is around the opponent’s side and between his legs, hooking the leg on the same side as the aggressor’s leg. The aggressor forces the opponent down into a sitting position, with the aggressor’s leg still positioned around the opponent’s body and in between his legs and applies an inverted face lock. From there, the aggressor twists in the direction opposite his leg (if the aggressor has his left leg around the opponent, twist to the right).

Abdominal Stretch w/ Abdominal Claw
The aggressor stands behind the opponent. The aggressor reaches around the opponent’s body with one leg so it is around the opponent’s side and between his legs, hooking the leg on the same side as the aggressor’s leg. The opponent is lying on the mat on his back. The aggressor grabs one of the opponent’s arms and places it between his legs. The aggressor also places one of his legs so the back of his knee is against the back of the opponent’s neck. The aggressor scissor locks his legs around the opponent’s arm and behind his neck/back, trying to hyper-extend the opponent’s elbow across the aggressor’s body and falls to the mat. Once the aggressor is lying on the mat, he starts rolling so the back of his leg is forcing the opponent’s head forward until he is forced to roll over. The aggressor throws his other leg over the opponent’s trapped arm and then behind the opponent’s neck, pushing the opponent’s neck forward and driving his chin into his chest.
